Returns and Refund Policy

At Bizcardy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

30 Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must not be damaged or altered

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Custom Cards

For customised cards, returns are accepted within 30 days provided the card is not damaged. As custom designs are made specifically for your business, we may not be able to resell returned customised products.

If there is a printing defect, damage on arrival, or an issue caused by us, we will replace the card or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@bizcardy.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The reason for return

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or full refund.
