Bizcardy provides digital business card software and NFC-enabled physical cards that allow users to share contact details via web links, QR codes, NFC tap, and wallet passes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase products.

If you are using Bizcardy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Products and Services

Physical Cards

We sell NFC-enabled business cards. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to modify product specifications where necessary.

Digital Profiles and Subscriptions

Bizcardy offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Features may vary by plan and may be updated or improved over time.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed per user per month.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Returns and Refunds

Physical products are covered under our 30 Day Returns Policy.

Software subscription fees are non refundable unless required under UK consumer law.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate and up to date information

  • Not to use Bizcardy for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity

  • Not to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

  • Not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All Bizcardy branding, software, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Bizcardy.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including logos and contact details, but grant us a licence to host and display that content as required to provide the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bizcardy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
